Construction

Sensor ประกอบด้วย Plate ทำจาก Ceramic และ แผ่น Film ทำจาก Platinum. ตัวต้านทานไฟฟ้าเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าตามอุณหภูมิ โดยความต้านทานที่ 100 ohm ที่ 0°C ตอบสนองได้รวดเร็วและไม่มีผลกระทบกับการสั่นสะเทือน
